    So happy to see the DIY Herbal Shampoo made it on your “top 3 posts.” glad so many people have enjoyed it.

    Today I’m sharing a post on how to make your own Plantain Salve.

    Plantain salve is good for treating a bee sting, diaper rash and even a burn/cut from shaving. SO cool!

    It’s sounds all exotic and everything but it’s SO easy to make!

    So I kinda went to town with the recipes this week, I just got really excited :) The Blueberry and Banana Cinnamon Muffins are delicious and use coconut sugar. The Asparagus 2 Ways and Strawberry Treats are SUPER easy and use the whole fruit/veggie. The Lactation Cookies are an amazing treat for the whole family and especially nursing mamas, and it’s the ONLY recipe that my husband has baked (ever) on multiple occasions. And the rice pudding is made with coconut milk and is a nice creamy follow up to spicy dishes. Thanks for the blog carnival Courtney and Frank!
